Who are we?

A Seattle-based food processing company with North American distribution of crab, fish, value added seafood, battered and breaded vegetables, and meat substitutes and vegan products. Founded in 1981, we first opened a processing plant in 1992 and the rest is history! In 2019, Orca Bay merged with Odyssey Foods and expanded to where we are today – a processing plant in South Seattle (77,000 square feet!), and office headquarters in SoDo.

Following a multi-year partnership with Sealaska Corporation, in late 2021, owner Phil Crean repurchased all the stock in Orca Bay Foods, which will continue to operate based in Seattle.

Starting January of 2023, Orca Bay Foods was purchased by Silver Bay Seafoods, building on an already successful partnership, and helping forge stronger connections between our customers and products.
